The sauce
In April 2021, in a new apartment and the arrival of good weather: the barbecue season was officially open! Inspired by the heat outside, Nolan got hold of peppers, fruit and a whole lot of beer. Accompanied by some curious friends, it was the beginning of a long series of small "happenings" at the Potvin-Brown. These moments featured a multitude of flavors, chokes, tears and glasses of milk. Little by little, the hot sauces were talked about and the first orders quickly appeared. What used to be a great hobby quickly became popular. In January 2022, Élise joins the project. Together they launch THE SAUCE.
