Bine's palette chocolate is produced in small quantities with full respect for the quality of our essential ingredient, the cocoa bine.  We offer you bines chosen from independent producers around the world. our cocoa is roasted, winnowed, ground, conched, aged, tempered, molded and packaged by hand in our workshop in mont-tremblant.
