The Barbecue pinch is a perfectly dosed mixture with a hint of cumin and slightly sweetened to promote the caramelization of food. Use it to enhance your vegetarian dishes or to lightly dust your cuts of meat before cooking them on the barbecue, in the oven or in the slow cooker.
Ideal with salmon, chicken, pulled or grilled pork, beef, popcorn, pan-fried tofu, grilled vegetable plates, broccoli and omelettes.
