Selected pieces of foie gras en bloc.
Ice cider brings a slightly sweet side and a tangy side. Directions: Place at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. Before opening, leave to temper for a few minutes to facilitate unmolding. Open the two lids and gently push the product through the widest part. To be placed delicately on a good toast or crackers.
Can be stored at room temperature. Can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days after opening.
