Pure Foie gras cooked in Ice Cider. Format of 120g block of foie gras.
Selected pieces of foie gras block.
Ice Cider brings a slightly sweet and a tangy touch. Directions for use: Place at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. Before opening, allow to cool for a few minutes to facilitate demoulding. Open both lids and gently push the product through the wider part. Gently place on a good toasted bread or crackers.
Can be stored at room temperature. Can be kept a few days in the refrigerator after opening.
