The CandyLabs confectionery, specializing in the creation of handmade candies, started in 2014, in Montreal. A young couple, obsessed with creating tasty candies, produce all of their unique quality sweets in the shop. The concept, originating in England, has been passed down from generation to generation by baking the caramel and other hard candies in front of delighted spectators. It was in Australia that the young couple learned these traditional techniques of creating sweets under the supervision of a confectioner. It was finally in Montreal that the couple decided to present, for the first time, this tradition in Canada, realizing their childhood dream with the opening of this confectionery.
