CandyLabs Confectionery, specializing in the creation of handcrafted candy, started in 2014 in Montreal. A young couple, obsessed with creating tasty candy, produces all their unique quality candies in the boutique. The concept, originally from England, has been passed down from generation to generation preparing caramel and other hard candies in front of delighted spectators. It was in Australia that the young couple learned these traditional candy-making techniques under the supervision of a confectioner. It was finally in Montreal that the couple decided to bring this tradition to Canada for the first time, fulfilling their childhood dream with the opening of this confectionery.
