Anicet honeys
Exclusive product from the territory of the Hautes-Laurentides, our honey is harvested with the greatest respect in our apiaries scattered in the countryside of Ferme-Neuve, a forest region that has preserved a diversity of wild flowers almost unique in Quebec. We market between five and seven varieties of honey, each deploying a universe of flavors. The spring cuvée, rich in dandelion pollen, is more buttery. The linden one is sweet, fresh and slightly minty while the buckwheat one is more full-bodied and reminiscent of a trip to the stable. In any case, the recipe is simple: avoid human manipulation and leave the honey in its pure state.
Les Miels d'Anicet thus offers a range of raw, raw honey, that is to say without filtration, which makes it possible to preserve traces of pollen, propolis and beeswax. The cold extraction ensures the preservation of the aromas, but also of the nutritional values. A taste experience that transports you to the heart of the hive and allows you to savor the unique taste of honeycomb, with the smallest possible footprint on the environment.
