Miels d'Anicet
An exclusive product from the territory of the Upper Laurentians, our honey is harvested with the utmost respect in our apiaries scattered in the countryside of Ferme-Neuve, a forested region that has preserved a diversity of wild flowers almost unique in Quebec. We market between five and seven varieties of honey, each with its own universe of flavors. The spring vintage, rich in dandelion pollen, is more buttery. Lime blossom is sweet, fresh and slightly minty, while buckwheat is more full-bodied and reminds one of a trip to the barn. In all cases, the recipe is simple: avoid human manipulation and leave the honey in its pure state.
Les Miels d'Anicet offers a range of raw, unprocessed honey, that is to say without filtration, which allows to preserve traces of pollen, propolis and beeswax. Cold extraction ensures the conservation of aromas, but also of nutritional values. A taste experience that transports you to the heart of the hive and allows you to savour the unique taste of the honeycomb, with the smallest possible footprint on the environment.
