The farm Les Canardises is specialized in the open air breeding of mular ducks for their exceptional foie gras and of Barbary ducks for their meat quality. The farm also offers rillette, duck mousse, duck breast terrine and cassoulet. Thanks to the know-how transmitted by their families, the owners Yolande and Pascal Klein work in the traditions of the French countryside. The company is located in Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges, between Quebec City and Baie St Paul.
