Ducks
The Les Canardises farm specializes in the free-range breeding of mule ducks for their exceptional foie gras and Muscovy ducks for their meat quality. The farm also offers rillettes, duck mousse, duck breast terrine and cassoulet. Thanks to the know-how transmitted by their families, the owners Yolande and Pascal Klein work in the traditions of the French countryside. The company is located in Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges, between Quebec City and Baie St Paul.
