MODE D’EMPLOIPlace at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. Before opening, allow to cool for a few minutes to facilitate removal from the mould. Open the two lids and gently push the product through the wider part.
To lay delicately on toast or brioche bread.
WINE PAIRING
WHITE: Sauternes, White Porto.
Can be stored at room temperature.
Can be kept a few days in the refrigerator after opening.
