Vanessa and Remi are the two founders of Logan Petit Lot. They had the idea to start the company during their two-year stay in Chicago, in the Logan Square neighborhood. They were then exposed to a host of tasty products made from nuts. At the same time, they gradually migrated to a vegetarian diet and realized how full of possibilities nuts were both in the kitchen and from a nutritional point of view.
