A whole duck breast cooked Montreal Smoked Meat style. Serve with rye bread, mustard and pickles. Or as a frayed, with potatoes, fresh pasta, on a homemade pizza etc.
Idea The Ducks:
Serve with lightly toasted Ciabatta bread, walnut or Espelette pepper mustard and pickles. You can also replace the mustard with Dijon sauce. (Don't forget to generously brush the bread with broth). Reheat, directly from the can, in a saucepan of simmering water, for about 10 minutes. You can also empty the contents of the can into a saucepan and reheat over low heat. The can has an easy opening.
