My Louisiana Style Hot Sauce contains the same unique blend as Fermented Red Chilies, but is fermented much longer. This longer fermentation gives this sauce an incredible “tang” reminiscent of sauces traditionally coming from the state of Louisiana in the southern United States. Salty and tangy, this sauce goes very well with seafood, oysters, cocktails and bar food!
